How about a Bookish March Madness? 🤓🏀📚

Hi Reader,

Is March Madness a thing at your house? 🏀 I'll admit—mine is not the sportiest family [cough, cough].

(That may be the understatement of the year. 😏)

But we're gearing up for our own March Madness, all the same. March Madness is a national tournament wherein college basketball teams battle to be the last one standing.

Here at RAR, we’re doing it with books! Which is way better, just saying. 😇

Use our FREE Bookish March Madness to decide which books are champions in your home.

Here's how it works:

1.) Print our FREE March Madness bracket. Print it on normal computer paper, or download the poster version and have it printed, if you're the go-big-or-go-home sort. (Takes one to know one!)

2.) Choose any 16 books to fill out your bracket and enjoy voting for your favorite. You can pick books you've read this school year, books from the same genre, books you already have on your shelf . . . any books at all!

3.) Print pictures of the book covers, or simply write the titles in the eight spaces on each side of the bracket.

4.) Vote! You can vote as a family, or if you prefer, print a separate bracket for each child.

Hey, we all need something a little fun to help us get through this part of the school year.

We hope this offers your family a fun little bookish diversion from the late winter doldrums.

HAVE FUN!

xo, Sarah Mackenzie

Hi Reader, One of my favorite reads of 2024 was The Myth Makers by John Hendrix. This gorgeous graphic novel tells the story of the remarkable friendship between C. S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. I thought I already knew quite a bit about these Inklings, but it turned out there was more to uncover. This week, I’m delighted to share my conversation with John Hendrix. During our chat, we dove into his research and writing process, exploring how the threads of The Myth Makers came together. Jon...
